Due dates and extension e-file

1) Should we be seeing modified due dates in Proseries for the auto extended May deadline for 1040s? (I believe not based on past notices I recall but I am not completely sure.)

2) Will Proseries allow e-filing of extensions later before the May deadline if they are needed, or will they need to be paper mailed extensions?

1. you can schedule payments for the new date, at least I know it works on federal and Ohio.

2. you can file extensions this year electronically up until may 17
