trying to download next years product......message of "encountered an error while downloading new product.  Try again later"

Try it directly from your Intuit ProSeries account.  Years ago I started having issues downloading from the prior years program, I dont even bother to try anymore.

    I am in my 2018 proseries program and trying to download (as I always have for years) from "help", "download next years product"
