Documents Availability in Intuit Link

My client stated he was not able to see his documents from last year. I marked his return complete. How long will clients documents remail available to them once uploaded in Intuit Link?

Same here, clients aren't able to get access to their Intuit Link account, I think it's a Intuit Link server problem.
