depreciation report

Depreciation report.  How can I show subtotals of different asset classes, auto, equipment, improvements,

etc.  Right now everything is all over the place and mixed up.  Thank you.

If you are just using the built in depreciation in proseries, unfortumately there is no easy way.

I have  had a couple of clients where it mattered to me, I went through each asset and put a code and a space before the description of each item to make it easier for me to go through and add them up manually.

Like

E - Tractor

B - Office Building 

I - Building improvement 

V - 2016 Chev Truck

Still a pain cause they won't sort but I can each code to reconcile totals.
