Dependent has Income

My client has 1099 NEC for $2,750.00, Unemployment (1099G) for $7,279.00 and W2 $5,000.00.  She also received the 1098-T for $51,000.00 as she is a full time student. Can her parents still claim her as dependent because all her tuition fees and other expenses are paid by her parents thru parent loan. I would appreciate any help I could get.

Thanks.

I have found this tool from the IRS the best way for me to work my way through dependent questions.

Thank you so much.  This is so helpful.  It appeared the parents can still claim her as dependent.
