Deferred refund from 2020 to 2021 return

On a 2020 1040, line 36, I deferred part of a large refund on line 34 to be applied to the clients 2021 return (2132). How do I enter that on her 2021 return?

It should carryover to the correct line on the 1040. Check the tax payments worksheet.

    It should carry over automatically and being put it on the correct line automatically. Never had a refund applied that wasn't done properly.
