deceased clients stimulus checks

Am I correct in assuming I will need to amend my deceased client's returns for the heirs to receive their stimulus money due them?  Referring to those that passed away during 2020.

Why? It should have been calculated on the 2020 1040.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    Only if you made an error and failed to include the RRC on the 2020 return.
