Creating a calling list from Homebase

I would like to create a call list from information in Home base. How do I do this?

From home base view, choose "client analyzer queries", and see if that meets your needs

If by "calling list" you mean a list of names and phone numbers, you can Customize the columns in Homebase to only include the items you'd like, then you can print Homebase.

Top menu bar > Homebase > Column Headings remove what you dont want, add what you do want, highlight all your filenames go to Print Center and Print Homebase

From Homebase menu, select "Export Contacts" or "Export View" to export the information for your clients. The program will generate a .CSV file containing the phone numbers, email addresses, and other information (but not addresses). The .CSV file will be exported to C:\ProSeries\ProNet19\Common\Exports\View.CSV. Once you locate, you can open the .CSV file using Excel. If desired, you can also import the .CSV file into your iCloud, Gmail, or most other contact management applications.
