We are e-filing returns.  We are crashing 1 out of 7 returns.

@Orlando11  we are crashing regularly.  We cannot enter anything the program just closes out on it's own.

    One of the "alerts" told you that you need to go to the "Start Menu" on your computer, and find ProSeries then "Repair Updates".

      I crashed this morning, ran the Repair updates like the alert said, and no more crashes!

        My proseries is crashing all the time

        and all the fixes that the techs have suggested do not work.

          Mine was crashing since the last update and the last time was yesterday morning and I did not try any of the fixes and just signed back into ProSeries and have not had any problems since then.
