Client Status -- returning customer checkbox
There is a new checkbox (not in the 2021 program) at the top of the Client Status Worksheet entitled "Check to indicate returning customer for e-Signature authentication". It is not explained in the online help nor did I see any videos addressing it. Can anyone explain the purpose of the checkbox? I do not like to check boxes when I do not know the outcome. Thanks!!
