Client Letters not printing?

When I print a return in ProSeries Professional, the client letters are not a part of it?  I have to go in separately and print them?  Anyone else having this issue? I am trying to print a Partnership return right now and I have updated everything.

From within a client file   

Print options > Global Print Options > Control Which letters Print  -  you need to check the boxes that apply
