Client letters have disappeared
Today we noticed the client letters in ProSeries Professional 19 have disappeared. A blank page prints out where the letter should be. The list of letters in Tools, Manage Standard and Client Letters is blank and the choice to select them in "Print with Return" is gone. The letter RTF files still seem to be where they belong, in the common folder. Is anyone else experiencing this?
