Client Letters

Our client letters literally disappeared from ProSeries.  They were there Friday and now they are gone!  Has anyone else experienced this?

gone as in they dont print? or you cant see them on the screen either? Were these Custom letters, or just the Default?

    When you open letters in ProSeries (sorry, I'm working out of two softwares which are both giving me major issues) it's blank, nothing there. When printing, the client letters, summary and privacy notice are blank pages that's how we realized the letters were missing completely.

      My letters are still there, but I wish a couple of my clients would just literally disappear.
