MY PRO SERIES PAY PER RETURN WILL NOT PRINT THE CLIENT LETTER FOR THEIR FORM 1040 FOR 2019.

Do you have the box checked to print the letter in the Print Settings?

I am having the same problem of printing with the return. I'm getting the message;

HRESULT: 0x800AC472 Line:

I have the 2007 Excel version, and have been able to print in previous years. Help states that you need 2003 versions or later.

Is anyone else having that issue?

If its calling to Excel that means you have the Tax Analysis (Client Presentation) chosen to print as well....I dont print this for my clients, so Im not sure how to correct any errors involved with it, sorry.

Client Presentation is on a different Print Options menu
