Client Checklist preview is frozen can't exit

I was trying to create PDF Checklist for client so that I can attach to Intuit Link.  Saved and now I can't exit Checklist preview

The CLOSE button is way down in the bottom right hand corner.  Its possible it may be off screen or not visible depending on your display resolution.
