Client Analyzer Queries

When I run the client queries in 2018 Pro it states that it could not access 308 clients because they are in use. None of the 500+ clients are open. If I run it on my laptop it runs fine but not on my desktop(main) It runs fine in my 2016 and 17 programs Any suggestions.

Reboot.  Re-install.  Call support  Use your laptop.  Personally, if option 1 doesn't help I would go the laptop route.
