Changes to returns after filing

I have filed multiple 1040's that have had a Recovery Rebate Credit.  When I enter the return after it has been accepted by both Federal and State, I am getting this message:

"ProSeries has detected that the amounts calculated in this return have been changed since the return was e-filed"

When I click on "Display Changes", it always shows the refund being reduced by the amount of the Recovery Rebate Credit.  When I call the taxpayer to explain this, they tell me they received the refund that I had originally e-filed, which included the credit.

What is happening here?  Will the IRS be sending notices to the taxpayer, asking them to repay the Recovery Rebate Credit?  Is this a ProSeries issue?

Just what I needed - another "challenge" this year!!

Thanks.

This announcement has been out for 2 weeks, now, about that erroneous message:
