I have a client who has lost everything in a fedrally declaired disaster. But I can not get the system to accept the FEMA declaration number provided. Has anyone else run it to this issue and know a way around it?

Youre using ProSeries? You chose Pay BY refund as your software, but I dont think you can prepare a return with that.

I was looking at the form, which disaster was it?  Maybe  the program hasnt been updated with the FEMA numbers for that particular disaster?
