cant print return for 2017 .not recognizing my license

my license is not being recognized cant print returns for 2017! Can someone help me. Tech support said they could not help! ;My name is Denise Draper, my email address is [email address removed] . thank you!

Tools > License Product   that should pull your license information into the program.

 

Did you have Basic back in 2017 tax year and now have Professional?  I know theres some glitch in the licensing when you change from Basic to Pro (or vice versa) and try and use prior years.
