cannot find patch file

I am not able to install ProSeries22 on my work stations.

The error is "cannot find Patch file"

Thanks. I looked at both links but neither pertain or work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on the server at least 4 times.

I remember each year I had to refresh myself for workstation install. I think it is really embarrassing that support has not been able to solve this for you. May @1569 can get someone to look into before this site crashes totally.

Yes I have tried the ProSeries Tool Hub. I have 8 calls to tech support and cannot resolve it.
