Question
can't find a form the program is requesting to efile.
Have a retired couple in NYC. At the end of the nys return they did not have any taxable income to report (standard deduction ate it all). But when i went to efile it states NYC individual was not successfullly converted for electronic filing. Open the returns and correct the errors... there is no return showing for NYC. HELP
