can not convert empty printlist ML

Suddenly last week my Proseries 2019 won't print anything other than blank pages, not even to pdf. The error message states "Can not convert empty printlistML".

Help! The answer about checking Windows time didn't solve the problem. I now also can't print a 2018 return or any pages. So it is happening across tax years and downloads.

I have tried this, but perhaps I am missing something? What do you mean by "match the date and time formats to your computer"?

That most recent big Windows 10 update messed with my printer settings....Im thinking its a Windows update issue, be sure you don't have any Windows updates pieces still waiting to finish installing..

Did a Windows update today and restarted, including uninstalling and re-downloading Proseries 2019. Still no luck.
