I have purchased ProSeries +4 states and just tried to enter my 2nd state. It said I have already added 4 states to my suite, which is incorrect. It shows 4 states I will probably not use! I have tried to find a number to call or a link to get this straightened out, but have been going in circles. I don't want to pay $41 per return to efile state for the rest of the season. Help!
