Back up files that have previously be e-filed do not have e-file information

I backed up all files and transferred to my laptop installation of Proseries Professional but the restored files don't have any e-filling information for returns that have already been e-filed and accepted. There is no submission number, no e-filed date, etc. and all status are "Marked for EF" even though many files have already been filed.

How do I get the back up files to have complete and current information?

Did you use the backup/restore within proseries or did you just copy in windows?

You can highlight them in the EFCenter of the laptop and choose Update Acks of Selected returns and that would pull the EF Acks into that system.
