adjusting time program is open before having to sign in again

My program closes way too quickly. How do I adjust the time so it doesn't close every minute or two?

Can you

Open ProSeries
go into Help->Send Logs
Mail the resulting .zip file to proseries_engineering@intuit.com

If Help->Send Logs isn't there, update.. we just added that.

Are you saying it logs you out sooner than 30 minutes of idle computer time?

@Orlando11 is this a bad install? I feel like I saw someone else report this a few weeks ago and they had to uninstall and reinstall the software.

Yes it will close out within a minute or two and I am constantly having to sign back in. It has just recently been reinstalled for a different problem and was doing this even before that reinstall. I am not sure that will change it. If you have any other insight or information, I would appreciate it. Thank you for trying. 🙂
