For mailers is there a way from homebase to get everyone's name and address for mailers or do I have to open each client individually and get their address?

Select the clients from your home base.

Go to file top left then select print for printing options including Labels.

    You can print mailing labels  File > Print  > Print labels

    The Homebase drop down menu has an option to Export Contacts to CSV, but I think that just exports the list thats showing in Homebase, you'd have to create a custom HB view with only the info you want included, like client name, address then export that HB view.
