8938 For Spouse Only

Both Taxpayer and spouse have foreign bank accounts, but Proseries only has the option to mark the account as "jointly owned with spouse."

Is there a way to mark the account as only the spouse?

I believe you need to split it into 2 MFS returns then use the spouse return to file the 114.  

File > Split MFJ return

Oh wait, you said 8938....so the above info is not correct unles you need to file the 114 also. 

I have one of these, let me look....I just left it with both names at the top, since its a joint return.
