Why is the 8915E not transferring from 2020 to 2021?

8915E is only used in the 2020 return.  We need the new Form 8915F for 2021 which is still in draft at IRS.

Intuit has a tentative date for finalization as 3/17, hopefully we'll see some kind of draft of the form before that.
