2021 Interface - Blurry Icons

Anyone else have Icons that are blurry like this? Any fixes applied to correct this?

Looks like a display resolution or font scaling issue.

Did you do any customization to your display or resolution?

    No I just installed all defaults.

    Ohhhh, your the same person with the mousepad issue.  I wonder if the 2 issues are related somehow.
