2020 - 2441 REMOVE PROVIDER

I am removing a child care provider from form 2441.

I just went cell by cell and deleted the information. Now several cells (Person/Organization, Address, Amount) appear as errors. 

How do I clear this? 

At this point I am just going to enter "NA" but that is ridiculous. 

Thanks in advance if you can help clear this.

Get on that line, right click and delete line.in table.

    Verify that all boxes on the 2441 are unchecked and uncheck the box on Info worksheet for the dependent with childcare expenses

      There is no box to check on the Worksheet, just the amount for incurred expenses.

      I deleted every entry on the 2441 prior to posting for help.

      Is there another provider and you're just trying to delete one provider or are you trying to get rid of the 2441?
