2019 client transfer to 2020

All of my 2019 clients transferred with the exception of 2 - how do i individually transfer those 2? I received no error messages. Thanks

Not a good idea to transfer clients until Jan., because there are usually bugs to be worked out. I would recommend you wait until then, but if you want to just click on the icon on top that says "transfer" then follow instructions. It will let you choose the clients you want to transfer

I totally agree with Terry...even though PS lets you download this early the program is not ready for service until the IRS notifies of the date we can efile. Additionally I don't transfer a client until I have their docs and am ready to prepare their return or they have requested an extension.
