Proseries errors, need work phone number?

Asking for direct deposit info when return is not set up for direct deposit.

It asks for a work number when you have it set for direct debit...are you sure you don't have a boxed marked by accident somewhere in the banking area/direct debit area of the fed info worksheet?

Nothing was checked. I checked no for direct deposit. Didn't make a difference. Called support, they had no idea, recommended turning off error check in order to efile. Not exactly the answer I was looking for.

In the area below the direct deposit and the banking info, the Electronic Withdrawal section Part IX, all those entry areas are empty? and you dont have an installment payment application Form 9465 in there that may be expecting an electronic withdrawal?
