1120-S Statement A Error - Name won't carry.
Problem and solution!
I spent a few hours on the phone with support trying to fix a Statement A Error (shareholder name didn't carry) on an 1120-S that had a loss.
Found that if I went to the 199a Worksheet and marked "Yes" for qualified business, it fixed the error. I could even change it back to "No" and the error stayed fixed.
