1040X efiling rejected because "original was not successfully efiled"
But the original was successfully efiled, refund received long ago. Is there a way to fix this so-called error?

You got an actual rejection or it wont let you EF at all?
Are you using the same file as the original or are you using a copy? you want to use the same original file that was sent the first time.
