Need to amended a return the original return was prepared by another tax preparer
I entered all the information from the original return in proconnect,
What is the next step, please help

Once all of the information is loaded, open up the 1040X and check any applicable boxes and enter your explanation for the change. Do the same if an amended state return is in order. Then go ahead and make the necessary changes.
