In your list of Forms in Use, you should see the Sch D computation in the list.  Theres a Qual Div/Cap gains one and some have Sch D one too.

What type of tax calculation are you looking for?  As in how the tax was computed on line 16 of the 1040?  Or are you looking for Schedule D tax computation?

I am looking for how the 2004 Schd D Tax Worksheet, Line 44 is calculated.
