1040 Extensions error - Is K-1 input the problem?

"This form was not finalized  by the taxing authority in time to be included". Is this because the K-1 forms are not ready until 2/16/23? Should I be able to efile an extension then?

You can't wait 3 days, when the extension is not due for over two months?  Just curious.

I have a part-time helper for a few days who is extending all the returns I know won't be prepared by the original due date.  Just trying to get all the extensions in place before I lose my helper.
