1040-ES payments

I need to generate three 1040-ES payments, not four, and have the amount due divided over three payments and not four.  I can't see how this is done.  Thanks in advance for the help and advice.

Scroll down to Part IV of the ES Worksheet and you can type in whatever amount youd like to appear on the vouchers.
