1040-ES amounts

How do I change the calculated amounts on the 1040-ES payment coupons. If I override the amounts, I get an error. My client is going opening his own business and the amounts need to be larger then the calculated amounts.

Look for the estimated tax worksheet.

On that worksheet you can enter the amounts you want and that is what will be shown on the vouchers and there will not be any errors shown.

The Professional version has a worksheet that you can tell the software to compute a specific amount, you just have to look through the menu to place your order for the amounts that you want. I assume Basic is similar.
