Does intuit provide a software that allows us to predetermine the estimated return for a personal return?

It is built into the program. In 2024 tax, there is a 2025 Estimated that allows you to adjust income and withholding using 2024 as a base.
There is also Tax Planner

Not sure exactly what you're asking for, but as mentioned above. There is the tax planner, but there is also the estimated payment feature of Tax Advisor.
If you're looking to do a proforma, then Tax Advisor or locking, then copying the previous year return and then making changes would be how I'd come up with projecting the future year.
