Hello

I am filing a 1041 and need to include an executed form 56 to the return. When I upload the signed form it appears to upload correctly. However, when I print the return prior to efiling, the form 56 appears in my copy (and the government copy) without the signature.

Does anyone else have this issue or concern?

That's generally not a form that is attached to a return.  It should have been filed when the fiduciary relationship was created.
