Safe Harbor Attachment

I have a critical diag stating I need to attach a Statement that all requirements have been met.

I have attached a statement, but ProConnect still does not recognize it.

Maybe it wants it's own version of the statement and that is not available yet???

Anyone else struggling with safe harbor election?

Did you link the form to Other > 67 = QBI Rental Real Estate Safe Harbor Statement?

No I was linking it to Schedule E, then because of error just to the main return
