This morning I opened my ProConeect to amend a return and I can not open any returns. All of the veiw buttons are missing on all my years.
Therefore, I cannot access any returns or work on any new ones.

You may need to "clear your cache". Doing that depends on your software. Everything looks normal for me on Chrome.
Thanks. I was using Chrome and ended up going to Firefox to do the returns. I don't know why I did not think of Clearing Cashe and Cookies. That is a standard intuit solution for most problems. 😀
