I get an error when connecting to the IRS Transcript tools. I followed the instructions and at the end it says: "Something went wrong. If this occurs more than once, please try again later."
I still get the same error.
I am still having this issue. Has it been resolved?
I just called customer service again and they said it is still a known problem. I don't understand how they ProConnect introduces a new feature that has problems from the beginning and months later, they still have the same known problem.
