Paidprepareinformationgrp error code

I am receiving a critical error message on returns I'm filing as a non-paid preparer indicating that Kansas requires paidprepareinformationgrp data elements completed.  The only resolution seems to be to change from non-paid preparer to paid preparer, but that would be incorrect.  Any suggestions on how to fix this so I can efile Kansas returns?

Select a Preparer, then select 2 =Non-Paid Preparer.
