inviting clients to pro conect

I'm in Lacerte tax, clients list, and it says it has invited 356 clients to download, or use pro connect. They have not received the invitation. I would like to know how to re-invite on pro connect in Lacerte?

Are you sure its inviting clients to ProConnect? That's another tax program.

I think you meant Intuit Link, not ProConnect Tax Online, which, as Lisa says, is the online sibling of Lacerte.

What process did you follow to send those invites?

Also, there is nothing to download from Intuit Link.  Instead, your client will respond to those open questions under Questionnaire and upload documents according to the Checklist.
