Why I have several diagnostics in a 2020 partnership form 1065 return? Diagnostics indicate that the tax
forms are in draft form.

Ah, because it is still in draft? https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-dft/f1065--dft.pdf
If you go speak with the IRS, perhaps they can hasten the process to publish the final forms so that Intuit can get on with their development for release approval.
