Efile Error Message

How do I fix the following e-file error message?

 

Error Message: 'DeviceId' in 'AtSubmissionCreationGrp' in 'FilingSecurityInformation' in the Return Header must have a value.

Solution: A required item of system-related information was not included in the transmission. Please resubmit your return. We apologize for inconvenience.
