This return requires a Partnership Representative. If the representative is a partner, make an entry in Client Information, in Partnership Rep Partner #. Please select a valid partner number from Partner Information. If the representative is not a partner, use the inputs in Miscellaneous Information to complete the Designation of Partnership Representative area on Form 1065, page 3.
I am not sure what it is being referred to by the partner #.
Can anyone confirm?
