Client gets blank screen when they log in this year. They don't see the documents I sent them last week, though on my screen I see them.
Another client uploaded documents but now they don't show on her screen, while they do on mine.
hey @Nu1 per this help article: How to send documents to a client through Intuit Link, "the client has to accept an invitation before a preparer can send documents through Link." Hope this helps! Keep us posted.
